Allison Rowe
Allison Rowe is a Cincinnati native and a graduate with honors of Walnut Hills High School. Allison graduated cum laude with her B.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University Honors Program and received her M.A. in Psychology from Xavier University. At Ohio State, Allison researched the VIA and positive psychology, while also developing mindfulness programming geared toward improving the emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness of students on campus as a Wellness Coach. A yogi and fitness instructor, Allison loves finding holistic ways to help others be the best versions of themselves by embracing self-love and authentic mistake mistaking. Her working and academic life are dedicated to helping people overcome the severest knock-down punches of life. She is an accomplished musician, learning to love and play Irish rhythm guitar and bodhran, … twice.
Eric Craft
Eric Craft is a 23-year-old youth pastor in Cincinnati. For the past five years, Eric has worked with schools, churches, and nonprofits to help empower students to discover who they are and help transform them into leaders. Eric has a Bachelor’s in Youth Ministry from Cincinnati Christian University and is pursuing a Master’s in Religion and Leadership Studies. Eric also runs a podcast called “Coffee With Craft,” where he seeks to have conversations with his guests and his audience about relevant issues in society. Eric’s passion can be summed up as this: he desires for the next generation to grow into impactful leaders, who can change the world.
Femi Ogunjinmi
Femi Ogunjinmi, mostly known as Gfem is a certified life coach, international relationship coach, award winning motivational speaker, and a radio talk show host who has been improving the lives of singles and couples for over ten years. He has authored two edition books titled, "Revelations of Relationship: What you don't know about finding true love and sustaining relationship." Femi earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Morgan State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Benedictine University with a Certificate in Financial Management.

Dr. Michael Tomas Roman, former Peace Corps Volunteer, Fulbright Fellow, author of the upcoming book When There was No Money, and co-founder of the social media platform Humans of Kiribati has spoken about the human faces of climate change for the past 16 years. Completing his Ph.D. in 2014, he partners with governments, international media, non-profit organizations, and citizens from around the world to raise global consciousness of our planet’s climate crisis from the front lines of climate change.
