The State Assemblywoman of Subang Jaya
Y.B. Michelle Ng Mei Sze is the State Assemblywoman of Subang Jaya. She is also the Legal Bureau Secretary of the Democratic Action Party. Aside from that, Y.B. Michelle is also a practicing lawyer with particular interest in constitutional, human rights and public interest litigation. She was a legal associate with Gobind Singh Deo & Co and, before that Sreenevasan Young.
Y.B. Michelle completed her Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science on a Maxis Scholarship. She was also admitted as a Barrister-at-Law with Inner Temple. Prior to that, Y.B. Michelle completed her A-levels with HELP University College on a Student Achiever's Scholarship Award. She obtained her secondary and primary school education from Catholic High School and SJK(C) Yoke Nam respectively.
2. Arun Kumar Ramasamy

Arun Kumar started off as an oil & gas engineer in the USA and Australia, traveling 80% of the time, learning different cultures and demographics from meeting people all over the world. At some point he realized that his passion was not just on the industry and technology, but also on communities especially the younger generation. He eventually returned home and ventured into social and community works. Arun then got back into the corporate scene with a tech start-up he co-founded and steered towards being one of the top 20 start-ups in the world for a smart city program in Dubai. Arun is currently the Digital Initiatives Lead at Leaderonomics, where he innovates great learning solutions for organizations. He is an active speaker among colleges and youth camps, and occasionally prints his thoughts on Industry 4.0 and leadership onto the Leaderonomics pullout. Arun has spoken on BFM's Raise Your Game a couple of times, and is a firm believer in the power of truth and purpose.
3. Adam Ishak
Educator
Adam Ishak has a strong background in psychology, beginning his career in neuroscience and medical research. After working in student support and realising how unique the learning experience is for each individual, he shifted his interests towards education and teaching. His strengths lie primarily in teaching, working with schools on curriculum development and technology integration.
4. Pravin Nair
Youth Football Coach
Pravin Nair is a Youth Football Coach with the Everton Kids Academy in Malaysia. He strongly believe in coaching essential leadership attributes in a person from a young age. Pravin is now currently working as an Engineer and graduated with a Chemical Engineering degree from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. His interests are reading autobiographies and hiking challenging terrains.
5. Vinuraj Naidu Kandasamy
Educator
Vinuraj Naidu beholds 7 years of teaching experience in the academic field. He received his BA (Hons) English Language at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and is currently a postgraduate student pursuing his Master’s degree. The jovial academician began his teaching career as an English language lecturer in 2011- exploring his passion towards the English language with tertiary institutions such as Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College (KLMUC) and Advance Tertiary College (ATC). This Malaysian has also taken his knowledge and experience in the English language across the globe, rendering his service as an English teacher at a reputable tertiary institution in China in 2016. Possessing inspirational visions and youthful thoughts, Vinuraj strongly believes that life offers a beautiful cycle where “teaching never quits” and “learning never stops”.
6. Chloe Wong
Student
Chloe Wong has a strong academic background in UCSI International School. As a student, she has gotten the dux award, academic excellence award and the modern language award, as well as qualifying to the 2017 global rounds in the World Scholar’s Cup. She believes that everyone should have a purpose in life, and the things that keep you out of bed every morning must be something that is worthwhile and meaningful to you. Chloe is also a strong believer in learning, and she hopes to inspire others in tackling the same spirit in learning as a TEDx speaker.
7. David Chan
Student
David is a cheerful and friendly student at UCSI International School who gets along with everyone. He had the opportunity to qualify to the Tournament of Champions at the World Scholars Cup 2018 and had partaken in the MSSS aquatic as a swimmer representing UCSI. His interests are ice hockey, swimming and reading about animals. He strongly believes that masculinity shouldn't be stereotyped and that everyone is different in their own way. He wishes to inspire many individuals to be themselves.
8. Shaun Loo
Student
Shaun Loo may come across as high-strung but he’s just an extremely passionate student. The recent USCI International School Alumni has represented his former school in 2016 at Yale University for the World’s Scholar’s Cup. Shaun has an affinity for all things tech from gaming to information security, encryption, and even rocket science. When he’s not playing video games or reading whitepapers, he’s playing odd, somewhat obscure songs from the mid-1970s and 80s on guitar. He believes in the spirit of conservation, and is a firm believer of repurposing and repairing unused and neglected tech products, whether new or old.
9. Teng Aun Khoo
Student
Teng Aun is a confident man who possesses the skills and intellect of a strong leader. As a graduate student from UCSI International School, Teng Aun has taken part in multiple competitions, including the Tournament of Champions at the World Scholar’s Cup, and the International Mathematical Olympiad. As a student, Teng Aun has sparked an interest in philosophy and believes that everyone in this world is created equally. He also values the essence of time and believes that we should do the things that are meaningful to us while it last.
