Javier Sanchez
Javier is recognized both nationally and internationally as a leader in developing effective strategies for youth and community mobilization. His experience and expertise come from more than 20 years of work with the Youth to Youth International Program. His company, R.E.A.C.H. Communications, Inc. is a boutique marketing firm focusing on developing cutting-edge health and wellness messaging strategies. He has written two books, a children’s book for fathers and daughters entitled “Look in My Mirror” and a book designed to help students, artists, activists, and entrepreneurs add process to their passion entitled “From This Moment On.” Javier received his BA in Behavioral Science from Capital University.
Joshua Koch
Josh is a tenacious, driven entrepreneur with a fascination for state of the art and emerging technologies. Koch directs his passion towards “Innovative Integration” for developing platform solutions that modernize our infrastructures to provide superior quality, clean, efficient energy. From 2015 through 2017 Koch led the efforts to secure grants for testing and commercialization of additional product applications. As a result, formed a public-private partnership with the Ohio State University - Center For Design And Manufacturing Excellence for the development of its latest product The HPCD® Smart Fuel & Fleet Station™.
Noura Fayyazi
Noura Fayyazi is a junior at Dublin Coffman High School. She spends her time at school participating in Student Council, National Honor Society, Spanish Club, and JSA. She is also in her local youth-in-government program, Dublin TeenCorp, and frequently volunteers around her community. Noura is also a violinist and violist in orchestra, as well as a theatre performer. She also enjoys traveling and immersion in different cultures. Throughout these diverse experiences she has seen many different perspectives on life, feeding into her main objective of helping underprivileged people reach equity and working towards eliminating ignorance in her community and country.
Purba Majumder
Purba Majumder is the president and co-founder of Cybervation, a rapidly-growing innovative technology solutions company in Dublin, Ohio. Cybervation with offices in the U.S. and India serves clients nationwide. The company provides enterprise software solutions, custom software/mobile app development, staffing and transcription services. Cybervation is deeply committed to empowering girls and women towards STEM careers through community focused efforts and its non-profit organization, CoolTechGirls. Purba is an accomplished Software Executive with over 22 years of experience in software development, consulting and program management. She worked in corporate America for over 15 years, most recently as a vice president at JPMorgan Chase and before that as a senior software professional with Sterling Commerce (now IBM). She eventually left her corporate role to focus on her own business, Cybervation. In February of 2016, her company, Cybervation was honored with Proclamation by the City of Dublin in Honor of National Entrepreneurship Week. In the same year, Smart Business recognized the company as a Progressive Organization at the Smart Women Breakfast. Cybervation was also honored with the Smart 50 Award in 2016 and 2017. The company received the BizTech Minority Business Award in 2017.
Rajesh Krishnamurthy
Rajesh Krishnamurthy, MD, is Radiologist-in-Chief at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and a Professor of Radiology at The Ohio State University. He previously served as Director of Research and Director of Cardiovascular Imaging for the Department of Radiology at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, where he was Professor of Radiology and Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. Prior to his tenure in Houston, he served in staff radiologist positions at Boston Children’s and Brigham and Women’s Hospitals at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Krishnamurthy has served on numerous editorial board and national committees, including as Chairman of the Pediatric Scientific Program Committee of the Radiological Society of North America from 2012 to 2015. Dr. Krishnamurthy lectures nationally and internationally on pediatric imaging, patient-centric approaches to children’s healthcare, and maximizing the value of innovation in medicine.
Sri Varre
Sri is the founder and president of Dublin Scioto’s Water Club. She was inspired to start the club as a junior because of a failed fundraising experience and to create awareness about the world’s water crisis. Sri and her club members have focused on educating their student body and other youth in Dublin. Currently, they are raising money to build a water filtration system in Chiapas, Mexico.
Tess Woosley
Tess is currently a Junior at Dublin Coffman High School. She is extremely passionate about politics and she is an active leader in the Junior State of America, an organization that promotes political activism and civic engagement. On top of that, she is a server at Dewey’s Pizza in Dublin and a candidate for the International Baccalaureate diploma. In the little freetime she has, she catches up on the news and reads.
