In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Amr Al-Awamry

Dr. Amr Al-Awamry was born in Egypt, in 1977. He received the B.Sc. degree in Communication Engineering –Benha Faculty of Engineering, Egypt, in 1999, and the M.Sc. From Communication department in Benha Faculty of Engineering Egypt 2005 and Ph.D from St.Petersburg Electrotechnical University , Russia 2012 ´In 1999, he joined the Department of Communication engineering, Benha Faculty of Engineering-Benha University as a Teaching Assistant then Lecturer Assistant and now as a Lecturer where he had the chance to supervise different projects and researches with the students, also is acting as IEEE Student Branch Counselor Certified Ideation Camp trainer from Intel and TIEC (Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center) and had delivered Ideation trainings in more than 10 different places. ´Through his journey, Dr. Amr has many publications, and books in international conferences and journals. Dr. Amr is a reviewer for many reputable journals and conference world-wide. ´Dr. Amr has 20+ years of Embedded systems and IoT industrial experience in many international organizations as technical and management expert, consultant.
