Amar AIT KACI AZZOU is a marketing professional with more than ten years of broad experience in multinational FMCGs. Expert in marketing strategies, communication and consumer behavior. Before taking over the marketing manager position in Algeria in 2016 at Henkel, Amar was appointed to lead several managerial roles in different regions and countries mainly Egypt, Dubai & Germany. Where he worked on developing products & innovations that makes easier the daily life of millions of consumers around the world. Amar holds a Bachelor Degree in International Business and Trade from the University of HEC Algiers. Passionate about leadership and how great leaders can inspire and enable others to reach their full potential.

Anwar SEKIOU

Anwar Sekiou is an Algerian youth, he had his baccalaureate degree in 2008 majoring in sciences, he obtained his bachlor degree in Marketing From the univesity of batna in 2014 then he continued his academic studies at the University of Ain Temouchent - CUAT majoring in Human Resources Management in 2016, For the moment, He is a Ph.D Searcher in management in Tlemcen University focusing on familial institutions, and corporate governance. Anwar has enrolled in many educational programs as summer training courses and lectures at universities. Anwar Sekiou is an Algerian model for youth to live through their visions and ideas and leave their mark.

Halim LEFKIR

Entrepreneur

Halim Lefkir, 26 years of age, is a young, entrepreneur. As a student, he creates with an associate, in 2013, “ESSAYE MOI “: a startup which ends up with a success in the French-speaking world. He quits the project after selling his shares to his associate. After obtaining a master degree in managerial psychology from the French university “Paris Diderot”, he comes back in Algeria and develops the e-commerce site: JUMIA. The success is massive, despite the non existence of e-payment in Algeria at that time. Back in Algiers, in 2016, he launches the concept “ RUN WARRIOR ”, an obstacle race inspired by military fighters’ and based on transcendence and the desire of surpassing oneself. In 2017, Halim further develops the concept with the communication agency CREATIVO after organizing “CASBAH WARRIOR ” in the old citadel of Algiers.“ No limit” as his motto, this young entrepreneur often gives conferences around themes concerning leadership, entrepreneurship, and stress management.

Hassiba BOUFEDJI

Designer

Hassiba Boufedji is a designer and creator, formed at the Superior School of Fine Arts of Algiers. Her creations are inspired by craftsmanship of all regions of Algeria. In 2008, Hassiba creates her brand " La D’wira chic " and opens her shop in her childhood neighborhood in Algiers, where her workshop is also located. As a creator, Hassiba stands out by recapturing Algerian craftsmanship while keeping her authentic style. She loves noble materials, and working them according to ancestral and traditional technique. Her creations give contemporary interiors an ethnic-chic touch. She proves and demonstrates that her country is home to a rich and diverse craftsmanship and unique techniques of creations. Her creations are nowadays sold in Algeria, New-York, London, and paris.

BAGHARNOUT Hichem :Doctor, artist (musician - poet, actor and vocalist and lecturer in neuroscience.President of the office of the wilaya of Oran and western coordinator of the national scientific association: The National Elite of Medical Sciences and the national representative of the students in medical sciences in the project of "The reform of studies Medical University in Algeria "in collaboration with the CNDA (National Council of Deans of Algeria).He hosted several talks, conferences and workshops on several themes in various fields; NLP, personal development and neuroscience.Bagharnout Hichem is an Algerian model for Success.

Lila BORSALI

Lila Borsali , was born in 1976 and raised in a family of music-loving people in Algiers, thus music has always been a part of her life since she was a child. She studied interior architecture and design, but her passion towards music made her choose to be an Andalusian music performer. Nowadays, Lila represents the utmost classy and feminine Algerian woman. She is a model for women to follow their passion, make a profession out of it, and touch the hearts of people with it.

Nassim BALLA

Philosopher

Nassim Balla obtained master degrees from the Polytechnic School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Algiers (EPAU) and from the University of Kansas in respectively architecture and public administration. Since he was a student, he has been engaged and committed to causes he believes are important for youth development in Algeria. He was the project manager among CEMA as national coordinator of MEPI Alumni chapter Algeria, and coordinator among MEDAFCO ALINOV, but also the coordinator of the “ Specialized Journalism in Algeria “ program. Today, he is the project manager of the EU funded ENPARD program among Humanity & Inclusion ( formerly Handicap International ). Nassim is passionate about philosophy, anthropology, but mostly, by how people adopt roles in society, how groups form and develop, and how cultures interact.

Salim GAMOURA

Salim, a young athletic trainer, who had stopped his career as an athlete at the age of 20, in order to pursue his 5 years of studies in sports performance at the higher school of science and sports technology (ES/STS). His additional interest and research in neuroscience led him to the find a thin line between neuroscience and sports performance. His passion for sports, challenges and novelty caused him to join many charity associations, and work with children as an athletics and fitness trainer. For 4 years he had been writing about the athletic lifestyle, furthermore giving expert sports advice on www.run-dz.com. Thereafter, he had earned a total of 23 titles nationwide for all athletics categories.

Zohra SMAHI

Zohra Smahi is a young motivated female business trainer, known for her mastery of the English language along with her knowledge and experience in business. She had done her business studies in MMU Malaysia where she had already participated, as an organizer/speaker in previous tedx events. Her accomplishments in MMU Malaysia have been numerous, including, co-president of the Arabian book club, head of the international student’s affairs. Moreover she is known to be the first Arab female to host a radio show in MMU Malaysia, through Radio MMU Malaysia. These past accomplishments had given her the title academic and administrative manager at the Algerian Learning Centers (ALC), receiving afterwards a promotion making her a communication manager at ALC. Later on Zohra Found herself enjoying the sharing of her knowledge and experience, through public and motivational speaking.
