hE is the founder and chairman of ZiZAK (private) Limited - an enterprise dedicated to generate knowledge products for sustainable development Formerly, he has held the prestigious UNESCO Chair in Knowledge Systems for Integrated Water Resources Management at COMSATS. In the past 28 years, he has worked in seven different countries spanning from the driest deserts of Australia to the wettest basins of Great Lakes in North America, and, all the way to the glaciated regions of Svalbard archipelago near the north pole. Dr Hassan Abbas holds PhD in Hydrology and Water Resources from Michigan State University, USA; Masters in Hydrogeology and Groundwater Management from University of Technology Sydney, Australia; and, Bachelors in Civil Engineering from MCE, Pakistan.

Javed Chaudhry is a newspaper columnist in Pakistan. His series of columns have been published in four volumes in Urdu language. His most notable column ZERO POINT has great influence upon people of Pakistan especially Youth of Pakistan. He researched and coauthored “Working Conditions of Agricultural Labour in Punjab” (2001) and “Life On the Margins” (2012), a study on situation of minority women in Punjab and Sindh Provinces. He published several fact-finding reports and books in Urdu including, Insani Haqooq Ke Irteqa and Insani Haqooq Ka Bainulaqwami Nizam (Sanjh Publications).
He studied Political Science, Law and Rural Development in Pakistan and earned an LLM degree from University of Notre Dame (US) in International Human Rights Law
Taimur Rehman

He is a known name in Pakistan for promoting Urdu poetry and literature narrations across the globe. He has performed at several literature festivals, The British Parliament, South Asian Literature Festival London etc. Taimur's work recently has beem endorsed by the Oscar winner poet Gulzar as well. Working as Director Programs with Shaoor Foundation for Education and Awareness, Taimur truly believes in a peaceful Pakistan and for that he is part of a nationwide campaign called AmnQalaab. He believes in promoting peace through literature and poetry.

Vaqar Ahmed

He is the Joint Executive Director at Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI). Earlier, he has served UNDP as Advisor, and has undertaken assignments with Asian Development Bank, World Bank, and Ministries of Finance, Planning and Commerce in Pakistan. Between 2009 and 2011, he was the Head of Macroeconomics Section in Planning Commission of Pakistan, which is responsible for the formulation of annual, medium and perspective development programmes. He remained the technical associate and member of the task forces, constituted by the Government of Pakistan, including Advisory Panel of Economists (2008), Task Force on Private Sector Development (2009), Working Group on Macroeconomic Framework for Tenth Five Year Plan 2010-15, and Working Group on Social Sector Development for Pakistan Vision 2025.
