Theme: नेतृत्व: An Eternal Journey

नेतृत्व is a Sanskrit word for leadership. The theme came up after multiple brainstorming sessions. We feel that it is important for us to envision leadership as a journey. That view endows leadership its unfolding, evolving, and living nature. With unfolding and evolution come empathy and sensitivity. Those two in turn, bring in inclusion, sharedness, and mutuality. An interaction of all these layers give the phenomenon of leadership multiple colors - not just success, not a single level, not a definite point of start ad end. Our event, designed with this perspective is evident in our visual representations, speaker choice, and the ideas presented at the event. Stay connected for more!

Anuja has over 15 years of experience in creating cutting edge technology products and services, global marketing, e-commerce, and deploying business solutions. She currently leads overall operations of Intech Systems including international expansion to US, Canada, South East Asia and Middle East. Prior to Intech, Anuja spent 8 years in Silicon Valley in leadership positions in product management and global marketing for Excite@Home and Trend Micro. She holds an Engineering degree from L.D. Engineering College, Ahmedabad. She is also an MBA and Masters in MIS from Boston University. Anuja is an active TiE Charter member.

Chintan Pandya

Actor, Director

Mr. Chintan Pandya is an actor, director and writer and has acted in or directed many stage-plays, television serials and films as well as documentaries. Founder of the TransIndus Foundation (2008) and Fanatika (2010), he has been the head of arts and culture section for the Alliance Française d'Ahmedabad (French Cultural Centre) for as many as 13 years. He has trained with the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) and Central School of Speech and Drama (CSSD) - University of London through the British Council and holds a Masters in Arts, Design and Communication with Major in Theatre from the CEPT University.

Falguni Vasavada

Dr. Falguni Vasavada-Oza is a double gold medallist working as a Professor, Marketing Area and the Chairperson of Online Programmes at MICA. Prior to MICA, she has worked with the MBA Department of Saurashtra University and Christ College. Dr. Falguni Vasavada-Oza has researched and published papers on cross cultural communication, content analysis, account planning and portrayals in Advertising. Currently she is working on Advertising and IMC, Account Planning, Social Media Insights, Youth as Consumers, Portrayals in Advertising, Content Analysis of Commercials and Public Relations. She holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Advertising.
