Her passion for understanding investor personalities and decision biases provoked her first book, Practically Investing, Smart Investment Techniques Your Neighbour Doesn’t Know published in 2014, as well as the curriculum and lectures in behavioural finance in 2015 as part of the fourth year, undergraduate program for the Faculty of Management at UBC Okanagan.She credits her experience as a professional ballet dancer at Ballet British Columbia for her dedication and curiosity, and the years building an investment practice and raising three teenagers, for the patience to learn the nuances of people’s decision making during everyday events
