Chairman & Founder

Aditya Singh is the Founder and Chairman of Alexis Group, one of India's leading youth-led organization. He is a serial social entrepreneur and self-proclaimed travel aficionado. Aditya was selected as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum, Changemaker by the Global Action on Poverty, Hesselbein Fellow by the University of Pittsburgh, USA, Prerna Fellow by the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, and Fellow by the City Montessori School Lucknow in recognition of his exemplary leadership, public service, and civic engagement skills. He earned MSc in International Management with Merit from the Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Delhi.

Ajay Suman Shukla

Team Leader – Ek Soch Sandbox

Ajay has been instrumental in establishing the Deshpande Foundation’s Ek Soch Sandbox since its inception (covers 7 districts of Eastern Uttar Pradesh) as a vibrant social innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem to boost socio-economic growth and livelihoods in eastern Uttar Pradesh. From the year 2015 he is coordinating the programs on health, education, agriculture, skill and youth development in eastern Uttar Pradesh. Ajay served as the Course Coordinator for Entrepreneurship Development, Advocacy and Networking courses in the Masters of Social Entrepreneurship (a course affiliated to Karnataka University). He had served as the Module Instructor and resource person for subjects such as Self and Leadership Development, Entrepreneurial Motivation, Right to Information Act & Advocacy, and Gender & Patriarchy for the Deshpande Fellowship Program. Ajay played an important role in the Deshpande Foundation other programs.

Fashion Designer

Ken Ferns, a qualified fashion designer from Mumbai, having educated in fashion design now redefines fashion and pursues his interests and talents in fashion design, costume design, and also corporate uniforms and business wear. Ken ferns have been showcasing his couture and prêt line at the esteemed lakme fashion week since past 6 seasons. For 5 years at IBFW(India beach fashion week) also showcased his collection at India Luxury style week in Bangalore last season and lately at the Mysore fashion week & India Runway week. Designer ken ferns have also been touring fashion at the very prestigious blenders pride fashion tour 2014 & 2016 currently. Ken has also impressed the state of Goa at the IRFW. He has represented India at the FASHION ASIA awards held in Chongqing. 2015 and is the recipient of the international award for the top 5 designer in Asia category.

Najaf is a senior banker with close to two decades of valuable experience in the financial services industry. Domain expertise includes private banking, ultra high net worth (UHNI) client management, retail banking, government banking & business strategy. Having worked with both large Indian as well as multinational banks across Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Mumbai & Madhya Pradesh. Prior to the ICICI group, he has had extensive stints with HSBC Bank & IDBI Bank. Najaf is a management graduate and is in the executive committee of CII-Yi, UP Chapter. He has been an executive committee member of Lucknow Management Association an affiliate body of All India Management Association.

Rajeev Kumar Gupta

If there is one thing that can aptly narrate Mr Rajeev Gupta’s journey from being a Tax officer to a thought leader and public speaker, while trudging many a path as Educationist, Counselor, Motivator, Learner, Changer and Torch Bearer is the fact that “ the very basic core of a man’s living spirit is his passion for adventure”. With energy so passionate, that it still burns like the stamina of a 25 year old with added advantage of 25 year of experience.Mr Rajeev Gupta started his career as Finance officer in Government of Bihar and Jharkhand and served for more than 21 years in different capacity which ended with him taking VRS while positioned as Treasury officer at Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Saurabh Pratap Singh

Project IMPACT

Saurabh Pratap Singh an Economics Graduate from Kirorimal College, Delhi University and Gold-Medalist from IIM Ranchi in PGDM. He has been authored few papers on Finance and Strategy, received several appreciations and recommendations from very renowned academicians and industry people. Between his college and IIM, he did a lot of voluntary social service in eastern part of the state for various underprivileged sections of society. After IIM, he got campus selection into RBI but kept on serving the society on his own. During this period, he realized that the best way to Change the society is to change the way we educate our children. Subsequently, he started (self-financed) Project-IMPACT to change the educational landscape of our country. Since 2015, the project is changing the mind-set of people and its revolutionizing the way we perceive school-education.

Shubhendru Pandey

Co-Founder

Shubhendru Pandey is the Co-Founder and Operation Head of Sarthak Foundation. The Foundation envisions a world which is full of laughter and joy for all the children. The work of the Foundation is to reach out to the least served children in slums (beggars, rag pickers) and change their life through education. They do this by setting up study centres inside the heart of slums and educating children by focusing on holistic development. They currently have 800 children with them in eight slums. Special stress is given to behavioral improvement of the children. The Foundation also gets the children enrolled into mainstream schools. They have been working a lot with girls as the toughest situations are faced by girls in the slums. Shubhendru Pandey has completed his engineering in Information Technology in 2012. He has been associated with Sarthak Foundation since the inception and takes care of all the operational activities of the Foundation.

She’s a virtuoso across the whole repertoire of modern technologies, but she would still be adding more reality to the We in this world if she had to use smoke signals and pigeon post to do so.

A software engineer by education and profession, Vikas is a digital media pro with over 12 years of experience in using social media for political and social good. What began as a hobby in the Orkut days is now a full-blown passion, and Vikas has been creating, growing, nurturing and expanding the scope of digital media, especially for the RSS, BJP and the Hon'ble Prime Minister. During the defining 2014 elections, Vikas set a new paradigm in politician-citizen connect by running a special Google Hangout series, managed the convergence of offline and online activism, and subsequently spearheaded many other election campaigns through centralized war rooms and ground coordination. His foresight in 2009-10 that led to the creation of the Shri Narendra Modi's YouTube Channel and the RSS Facebook Page and the strategies used has given the BJP a leading edge in the online world.
