Our monthly salon's will feature screenings of existing TED Talks around a single topic chosen by the participants. TEDx Salon events are unique, intimate gatherings that spark discussion on issues of interest to the local community.
During the course of the year we'll be offering 8 discussion based salons in different venues around the city of Lincoln. At each event participants will be able to choose the topic for the next event.
Our very first topic, Viral Crowds, hosted by Siren Radio presenter Christopher Clarkson will explore the power and danger of online crowds, what makes something go viral and the how social media affects our society.
Ticket will include pizza and drinks.
