Dr. Hemant Patel is the current president of Indian radiology, a branch of medicine which is highly coveted and considered to be one of the most lucrative branches. He started his journey from a destitute government school in Patan and has now reached heights every doctor only dreams to achieve. He is the only Indian radiologist to have received the molecular imaging award, the most prestigious award in radiology from RSNA (Radiological Society of North America) twice. He has organized several conferences at the state, national and international to stimulate academic conversation in his field. He has written several research papers and articles, received the Ram Rishi Oration award and also received the cum laude certificate. In addition to all of this he has also represented India at the international stage in the sport of powerlifting and procured a silver and bronze medal. What makes us proud and him even more endearing to us is that he is an alumnus of our institution.

Krishnesh Mehta has been working on the synergetic convergence of Design, Science and Technology and Management for over two decades. At NID, he teaches Design Management, Retail Merchandising, Multisensory Design, Lighting, Design Science, Technical Studies, Marketing Communication,Strategic Design, Design Research, and Design Mix. A master’s degree in Physics from Gujarat University, followed by an Advanced Diploma in Space Sciences, his repertoire doesn’t end there. He is also an ISIS (UK) and ITEM (USA) certified Energy Medicine and Brain Imaging researcher and currently researching on the Neuroscience of Creativity.Having been actively involved in researching on Senses and Sensibilities, Neuro-plasticity, Perceiving Perception, and the Neurophysiology of Creativity,Innovation, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Systems thinking.He consults some of the top Indian organizations on Creativity and Innovation, Wellness and Holistic Health.

Shivam Patel had his first scientific international publication when he was 12, making him the youngest working mathematician in the world. At 14 his research Paper was accepted in the International Congress of Mathematics in Seoul, South Korea.He has solved over 130 Problems in the famous computation problem sites Project Euler. Ranking under Top 40 in India.He was also given the original handwritten manuscripts of Srinivas Ramanujan to read , study and examine for 4 days during his visit at Indian Institute of Mathematical research. He has over 14 international publications.
