Kiran Shobha is a multi-faceted personality. She is a Computer Science graduate from Bharat Institute of Technology, Meerut and then turned into a software professional, a social worker, a model, a motivational speaker and a groomer. Not to forget, she also plays the key role of being a mother to a 10 year old.
She has been working in the IT industry for the last 12+ years and is currently working as Service Delivery Manager in HCL. She has worked with other IT giants like Infosys and IBM. She won Mrs. India 2016 (Body Fit) title in February 2016. She is the brand ambassador for an apparel chain.She has been actively doing social work for the last couple of years and has been awarded “Human Achievers Award” by Human Rights Council of India and “The Great Achiever Award” & “The Nation Pride Award” by Pratima Raksha Samman Samiti. She is also involved into activities such as “Swachh Bharat Mission" & Anti-Corruption Group, a government recognized body.

She has been a grateful recipient of Top 100 Women Achievers Award by Ministry of Women and Child Development, India. She was invited for a lunch with the Honorable President of India, at the Rashtrapati Bhawan. She has been awarded various honours including ‘Top 25 Influential Women on Twitter’, ‘Top 20 HR Influencer by SHRM India’ and ‘Top 100 Tech Influencer.
Santosh Avvannavar
Soft skills Trainer + Author + Counsellor + Consultant
Santosh started his career as a consultant and Soft Skills Trainer. He is presently working as Chief Commercial Officer at QtPi Robotics. After his college education from NITK, Surathkal, he worked as a researcher at University of Eindhoven, University of Twente, and Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He was also the Placement President while working at IISc, Bangalore.
He has over twenty-five publications of mostly research documents in national and international journals. He has also authored sixteen conference papers and regularly written articles for a national and worldwide daily paper. He also works as an advisor for different organisations.
He has given talk for TV and Radio on Gender Equality. His book She: Ekla Cholo Re has become acclaimed writing.
He also dabbles in fiction writing and is the author of many books. He is TEDx organiser. He likes to devote his personal time in writing for a website, namely the Amrita Foundation for HRD.

Shwetanki is an Entrepreneur and a content writer.
After graduation she joined a startup company called Densnapdeal TV Shop which was based in Delhi. Along with this she worked as a freelance into content writing and worked with NGO's on a part-time basis to do a lot of social work.
While working in Densnapdeal , she invested in starting her own company -Attrayant. Soon Attrayant Footwear And Apparels was formed on 10 August 2015. The journey started and since then there is no looking back.
Her company provides employment opportunities to today's youth by recognizing the talent that is required for an E-commerce organization. Attrayant has developed into a brand fashion chain. The company aimes to reach out to various remote areas of India to promote Women Empowerment by providing employment opportunities to women in manufacturing clothes and other household amenities.

An alumnus of the Indian Statistical Institute and an erstwhile Actuary, Sinjini took a career break in 2015 to revive her passion for writing and speaking. Within a little time, she went on to be published as a poet, story writer and novelist, and also won quite a few coveted national and international awards in fictions, non-fictions and as a speaker. Sinjini won ‘Rhyme India 2016’ (hosted by Times of India), and was published in the anthology She – The Shakti. She won the South Asia FON contest to be published in another international anthology. The short film ELIXIR written by Sinjini was screened at Cannes film festival and won the best movie, the best director and several other awards internationally at various festivals. As a scriptwriter, Sinjini won the Best Screenplay award from among 550-plus films internationally. Ranked among top ten women bloggers in India, Sinjini was awarded the coveted Orange Flowers Awards 2016 for her social columns.
