In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

He's been making art ever since he could lift a crayon and now, he's working on making it a career and is a freelance illustrator. After class 12, when he didn’t hear back from many art and design colleges the internet became his guru and it paved the way for his success. Deepa Subramanyam

Deepa Subramanyam is a scientist at the National Centre for Cell Science,Pune. She established her lab at NCCS at the end of 2012 and supervises research pertaining to the uptake and movement of molecules within stem cells, in order to develop a better understanding about these cells, and how they generate other types of cells.

Divij Shah is a professional cyclist and a silver medallist at the Asian Para-cycling championship. He lost his hand in an accident at the age of 4 but that didn’t stop him from achieving his goals. He started cycling to escape Bangalore traffic and now, he balances professional training with his day job as financial analyst.

When he is walking around campus having intense discussions with his students in the library, café and dining hall, you can tell that there's something unique about him. He is the Founder Partner of his passion project, White Collar Legal LLP and is visiting faculty at TISS and FLAME University. He is a public speaker, trainer and consultant. Mr. Sarpal’s LinkedIn page goes on for miles but the underlying factor in all his work is his competency and desire to make a difference.

Mohammed Sadriwala

Mohammed Sadriwala tries to follow the grooves left in literary history by the feet of the Giants of Urdu poetry. His favorites are Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Mir Taqi Mir, and Gulzar. He draws inspiration from their genius and many others and suffuses his writing with reflections on what he observes all around him. He has cut his teeth in the world of advertising and is currently honing his skills by pursuing Advertising and Management at the Xavier Institute of Communications.
