Theme: September Salon: Drop the Mic

For the second year, we will host a TEDx Open Mic at the September Salon. The TEDxGreenville Drop the Mic will give potential speakers the chance to secure a spot at the main TEDxGreenville conference in April 2018.

Here is how it works. Complete the nomination form below. We will compile the nominations and select 10-12 people to present their idea worth spreading with a 3-minute talk at the September 19 salon.

Each talk with be put on the clock and the microphone will be turned off exactly three minutes after the beginning.

The audience will secretly vote on their favorite talk, and the top speaker may be given the opportunity to speak at the main event without having to go through the formal nomination process.
