Mr Bakshi's life is full of challenges every day. He is a Chartered Accountant, LLB and a commerce graduate. He is currently associated with one of the Big 4 consulting firm (Ernst and Young). He is a perfect example of someone who has converted a disability into an opportunity. He is suffering from dwarfism ,with his strong will power and dedication he has proved to the world that nothing can stop you if you have strong will power. He always believes that a strong determination and will power is far more important than a strong body. He has been working very closely with many NGO's for the benefit of differently-abled people. The motto of his life is "Inspire before you expire!". He has been invited to many TV & Radio shows, TEDx events and writes for news papers & magazines.

With an enormous background and operational insights from having served at significant position of “Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Head of the State Government agency, Cyber Defense Research Centre (CDRC) of Jharkhand Police”. Vineet continues to serve the nation through his prudent initiatives in the ever-evolving cyber threat landscapes.
