Theme: Open Science

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Maître de conférence et chercheur en Informatique / Associate professeur & researcher in Computer Science

Pablo est maître de conférence en informatique à l'Université Paris 8 où il enseigne la sécurité et membre du Laboratoire LIASD en sécurité et protection de la vie privée. Il était chercheur post-doctoral à l'Inria, a fait son doctorat à Telecom ParisTech et a étudié l'informatique à l'École Normale Supérieure (ENS) d'Ulm. Il est un fervent partisan du logiciel libre, de la culture libre et du mouvement d’Open Access en particulier. Il est membre de la Free Software Foundation. / Pablo is an associate professor of computer science at Université Paris 8 where he teaches security and a member of the LIASD Lab in security and privacy. He was a post-doctoral researcher at Inria, did his PhD at Telecom ParisTech and studied Computer Science at the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) Ulm. He is a strong supporter both of free software & free culture and of the Open Access movement in particular. He is a member of the Free Software Foundation.
