Before this she has worked as a Director and Professor Strategy at IIMT, Gurgaon.Dr.Jauhari was was earlier Region Lead for HP Labs Open Innovation Office for India. She has received numerous awards for her work at HP Labs as well as her academic achievements. She won Director’s award for Innovation and also a recipient of HP Empower grant for women during her tenure at HP Labs. She has over 19 years of experience which pans across industry and academic assignments. She has several books papers in her name. She is the Founding Editor of Journal of Services Research and Journal of Technology Management for Growing Economies. She received her Ph.D. in the domain of corporate entrepreneurship from IIT Delhi. She received Post Doctoral Fellowship at United Nations University, Tokyo in the area of sustainable technologies.

Ravi Kalra, a Delhi University graduate, went on to get level 4 Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo Martial Arts. While growing up, he had his share of hardship where in there were times he didn't have a single penny to even travel in the local city bus. Withgrit and determination, he went on to become an International Master Instructor and the President of Indian Amateur Taekwondo Federation. Ravi Kalra, a self made man, now traveled to 43 different countries till date based on his work skills. Also known as the “No Honking Man of India”, he is the first person in India to launch the ‘Do Not Honk’ battle in to control noise pollution. He holds the world record for having more than one lakh commercial vehicles take down their ”Horn Please” and “Blow Horn” signs. He founded the Earth Saviors Foundation in 2008 and has since worked on tasks like old age homes, rescue centres to to look after mentally disabled people and JiaNari Niketan shelter to look after deprived females.
