Andy Hartnett
Dr. Andrew Hartnett is Assistant Chair of MBA programs at Wilmington University. His extensive and distinguished career spans the fields of education, sales, health care, consulting, and leadership. He holds numerous professional affiliations and honors, including the prestigious designations of Certified Performance Technologist and Certified Management Consultant. A retired Lt. Col. in the Air National Guard, he designed and developed the Delaware Leadership Academy, a graduate course of study for future military leaders. Professor Hartnett is presently pursuing his doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Northcentral University.
David Bullock
David Bullock is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer who brings an engineer’s perspective to business development and revenue optimization for startups. His focus is helping businesses use technological tools to drive sales. After great success in the fields of engineering and sales, Mr. Bullock founded his own business firm, CEO Mastery, Inc. Among his specialties is maximizing the efficiency of sales-oriented web pages. Among his tools is the Taguchi Method, and Mr. Bullock has the rare distinction of being certified as a TRIZ/Taguchi Ad Optimization Specialist.
Francine Edwards
Dr. Francine Toliver Edwards is an Organizational Development Consultant and an Associate Professor at Delaware State University (DSU). Her distinguished career has included experience in the television industry, most notably with the Black Entertainment Television network, as well as the public affairs arena, in which she represented the D.C. Department of Health and NASA. In her current role at DSU, Dr. Edwards teaches courses on writing, public relations, and organizational management. She has many professional affiliations, and her television documentary work has received the NAACP Image Award.
Kate Cottle
Dr. Kate Cottle is the Chair of Humanities and Literature at Wilmington University. Her areas of instruction include writing and research, hybrid and online course design, grammar, humanities, literature, history, and poetry. In addition to teaching, Dr. Cottle has professional experience in the corporate setting as a helpdesk analyst and technical writer. She completed her Ed.D. in Curriculum, Technology, and Higher Education from the University of Delaware in 2019.
Monikah Ogando
Dr. Monikah Ogando is CEO and Founder of CEO Mastery, Inc, an executive business coaching firm, that empowers entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses. She is the author of On Fire: Seven Strategies to Ignite Your Business and Light Up Your Life, and has been profiled in both Entrepreneur and Inc. magazines. Dr. Ogando hosts entrepreneurial events and workshops, in which she shares her expertise in marketing, business building, and leadership, as well as her philosophy of “designing your business to support your extraordinary life.”
Patrice Banks
Patrice Banks is an automotive technician who set out to change the face of the automotive industry by building a company around car buying and repair services for women. Fed up with not knowing anything about her own vehicle, Ms. Banks established Girls Auto Clinic (GAC). GAC provides interactive vehicle operation and service workshops that give women practical advice on maintaining and caring for their cars. Ms. Banks previously worked for more than 12 years as an engineer, manager, and leader at DuPont.
