Theme: Creating a hopeful future

TEDxISPP 2017 is our third annual TEDx event. We invite students from schools in Cambodia to speak in our event and inspire others. We have had talks in the past about science, the environment, time travel, communities, education and much more. We are looking forward to the talks that will emerge for TEDxISPP 2017 - creating a hopeful future.

Angela Wei is a student at ISPP. She is Chinese-American and has lived in both USA and Cambodia. Angela enjoys journaling, design, music and robotics. Her passion is robotics and she wishes to involve robotics to a greater extent in Cambodia.

David Moons

David is a student at ISPP. He strongly believes in increasing awareness about road safety in Phnom Penh in order to bring about a hopeful and secure future in Cambodia.

Saosuo is a student at Liger Leadership Academy. He is interested in programming and hardware technology. He wants to increase awareness about the usefulness of hardware in Cambodian technological advancements.

Narak studies at the Liger Leadership Academy. He is very passionate about technology, especially coding. Narak strongly believes that by connecting Cambodian youth to technology, a hopeful future can be fostered and thus hopes to increase awareness about the benefits of technology.

Sopheak is a student at the Liger Leadership Academy. She is involved in Model UN and her passion lies in learning about world peace. She is very committed to increasing awareness about the preservation of minority cultures and refugees worldwide.
