TEDxDelhi Salon on this Women's Day, 8th March 2017, is an enquiry into the role of men and women in creating a more equal society by gender identity.
We seem to be divided by race, divided by class and divided by gender. Traditions, perceptions and a confused reality create an unbalanced environment different gender identities.
Can we shun traditions, can we redefine perceptions and create a more equal society. While one half of humanity suffers, the other half can unite to cause a change in the way things are.
We believe that the issue of gender parity is not in the domain of the activist alone, its a matter of changing long held perceptions and beliefs, specially by the other half. We are inviting the urban articulate change maker to participate and co-create a shared future with us.
