In our world of rapid change with an abundancy of uncertainty, people increasingly feel lost and seek guidance. They look for orientation to navigate through change, struggles and inequality. In this context we conceive an growing need for encouragers, people determined to take action, who envision a new direction and who, through their actions, generate a path to be followed by others.

You may call them influencers, game changers or activists. What they all share is a firm believe in themselves and a passion for change. They all strive to help this world further and they do it by encouraging others in order to make changes scalable. More of these encouragers are needed today. Through TEDxESADE we want to give these people the stage, have them motivating others and drive the change that we want to see in the world of tomorrow.
