Ada McKim is a former high school teacher of Canadian Law and World Issues. During a sabbatical in 2017, she arranged meetings at the UN and co-founded the Global Goals Educator Task Force. It’s mission: to promote and support the use of the inspiring UN Sustainable Development Goals within schools, organizations, and education events. This team of #TeachSDGS teachers has members from all continents and has partnered with multiple UN bodies and The World’s Largest Lesson. In 2018 Ada will speak on the subject to hundreds of teachers and thousands of students at the Global Student Leadership Summit in London, Ontario. Ada is also the part-time editor of What in the World? and The Global Times -- current events resources for students across Canada and the United States. The passion for global education stems from a 2010 class project that morphed into a fifty school network linking learners from North America and Uganda via Skype.

David is a repeat tech and marketing startup entrepreneur, the Chief Entrepreneur in Residence for the New Brunswick Government, cofounder of Brilliant Labs, volunteer advisor to NB's Strategic Program Review, KIRA Award's Industry Champion for 2015, a Forbes top 50 CMO in social media, co-winner of a 2014 EY Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Atlantic Canada, 2015 winner of Entrepreneur of the Year and co-winner of Enterprise Promotion for the Atlantic Region from Startup Canada, an advisor to many startups in the Atlantic region, Radian6's former CMO, Salesforce.com's former Marketing Cloud Chief Adoption Officer and currently the Chief Innovation Officer at Introhive. David is the co-chair of LivingSJ, a movement to support and create a path for all those living in poverty in his home city, a member of BCAPI and is a board member with his regional United Way.

Justin Ryan is the Public Relations Officer for MAGMA (the Multicultural Association of the Greater Moncton Area) in New Brunswick, Canada.
Raised and educated in Australia and working for six years in Japan, he combines a background ranging from law, education and finance through to serving as Professor of Cultural Diversity in the Workplace at Crandall University.
Drawing on these experiences gained while living on three continents allows him to bring a fresh and unique perspective to share through his cross-cultural skills workshops and multicultural entertainment events.
Through this he aims to help create a local society and workforce that is ready and able to help newcomers integrate successfully and become welcome, contributing, thriving members of their new community.
In his TED talks he seeks to look at how our thought processes are honed by our cultural surroundings to think, and therefore act, in certain ways and what the local and global impact is of these effects.

In 2006, while working for a forestry consulting firm in the Ottawa region, Mathieu decided to move back to his home province to start his own forestry management company ‘’ACFOR’’ in the midst of the worst forestry crisis in history. Mathieu describes himself as a social entrepreneur, to further environmental and social goals. ACFOR ‘’Acronym for Acadian Forest’’ restores and increases the quality of the Acadian Forest through sustainable forestry management. Struggling to find markets for low grade wood. Mathieu founded ACFOR Energy which delivers renewable heat to commercial buildings and rural communities with wood biomass, using the most advanced biomass boilers in the world.ACFOR Energy owns and operates more than 10 Biomass plants in PEI. ACFOR’s success has been recognized many times with awards. Mathieu was recently named in the top 20 under 40 by The Canadian Forest Industries.
Rebecca Schofield
Kindness Activist
Rebecca Schofield is a 17 year old from Riverview, NB, Canada. On February 9th 2015, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. It was removed the next day and followed by the next two years of treatments, including 30 radiation treatments to the head and spine, and 48 weeks of chemo therapy. All follow up MRIs showed no new growth until December of 2016, when two new inoperable tumors were found. She was given 3 months to a year to live. She took this news with her usual strength and courage, asking people to think less about how her life will be cut short, but instead about how wicked awesome her time left will be. She started a bucket list and one of the main things on her list was a request for people to perform acts of kindness in her name and share them on social media using #BeccaToldMeTo. This began a movement that has taken on a life of it's own, and continues to spread worldwide. Becca has been recognized on the local, provincial, and federal level for her kindness movement.

Ryan has over 29 years in the information technology sector. Ryan's core background is in software development and information security.
His previous company, CyberSecure, won the 2004 Microsoft Canada Impact Award for Excellence in Security Solutions for the work done with the Toronto Police Department.
The company was acquired in 2004. Ryan has two books published on application development, one has been translated into Korean. Ryan also co-holds U.S. Patent 7,506,163.
In 2015 Trekk.it Corporation under Ryan's direction became a member of Microsoft's Cloud Society for cloud innovation.
In Ryan’s spare time he produces a show called Trekkit for Bell Aliant TV1 where he gets office workers into the great outdoors and has visited Iceland, Norway and the Highlands of Scotland to film for the show. The summer of 2017 Ryan's first documentary "Maritimes from Above" will air on CBC.
Ryan now devotes most his energy on Kognitiv Spark to help augment everyone’s reality.
Co-Founder, Trauma Healing Centers
Directly upon graduation from high school Trev commenced studies in Criminology at Academy Canada in Corner Brook, Newfoundland. Trev’s long time interest in the Canadian Forces prevailed however, and he opted to focus his attention on this profession of-choice and soon enrolled and relocated to Oromocto, New Brunswick.
Trev served 17 years in the infantry completing an impressive 7 missions in Bosnia, Haiti & Africa, and 4 tours to Afghanistan. Leading groups of 8-10 troops in combat, per mission, and upwards of 40 troops for 6 months, as a mobile force. Trev formally retired from the military in 2014 with PTSD and after countless hardships struggling with the illness he decided to take his health and recovery into his own hands. After a long battle he overcame adversary and found healing in healing, helping fellow soldiers with PTSD and Chronic Pain using medical cannabis and full wellness plans.

Trish Daley B'Ed, ECE has been a certified educator since 2000. A true Maritimer, she was born in NS, took her degrees in PEI, and most recently has been working in NB. Her experience in the education system and working in the adult sexual health realm has impressed upon her the importance of open and honest communication.
Trish's passion is to help people live more open fulfilling lives by addressing the lack of communication about essential issues in our lives. Too often we worry too much about how others will react and not enough about being honest and vulnerable about our wants, needs, and desires.
"Talk Dirty to Me" is a reflection on the taboo nature of the truthful and frank discussions needed for healthy happy relationships in both the sexual and platonic realms.

Yves Doucet is a serial entrepreneur and innovator based in Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada. Born in the same area, his passion for ingenuity and helping people began early on and it has stayed with him ever since. Currently, Yves serves as the CEO & Co-Founder of Dovico, one of the leading timesheet software companies across the globe.
Recently, Yves was interviewed by Global News Canada for being a “hugging CEO.” While he holds a leadership position, he feels grateful each day to be the part of a committed team of creative professionals and aims to build a healthy office environment through exercise, healthy food, and consistent motivation.
As an advocate of learning, Yves even hands out bursaries for the children of his employees on a yearly basis. Both driven and integrity-focused, he is on a mission to always do business with values and to empower others to do the same.
