You are cordially invited to the next TEDxTheHague salon! Our November edition — themed Powerful Human-to-Human Connections — is curated by Marco Buschman. Marco writes:

"Leadership is not a functional position, it’s about how you show up in life. With this definition as a starting point, the consequence is everyone can be a leader.

Are you a leader? And as a leader, how do you lead yourself and your company in and into the future? By the way, you’re not alone out there. How do you include others and ‘seduce’ them into your vision?"

Marco Buschman has written a practical book on the ability to connect (in Dutch "Verbindend Vermogen", to be released November 10th). The book is based on his international work with professionals, management teams and executives on developing their skills to create powerful human-to-human connections.
