在匆忙又急躁的生活中，梦想会被遗忘，灵感总被埋葬。 有人找借口说梦想就是做梦想想，但有人用行动让奇迹悄然发生。 思想的高度，可以让灵感让梦想飞扬，但我们不只需要仰望，更要让它们落地，扎根在生活的土壤，肆意生长。

Dreams are always forgotten and inspiration is always buried in our hurried and busy life. Some people make it an excuse that dream is just fantasy, while some people make it a miracle with silent action. The height of mind provides wings for dream and inspiration, flapping their way up to the sky. While what we need is not just look up to them, but to find a possible way to turn them into reality,to let your mind take root in our daily life, and grow as you would like.

文化管理硕士，东莞门文化保育团队发起人，曾就职于香港多家媒体

2010年以来，创作多部本土文化题材作品，并多次开展「旧城地摊」、「旧城生活节」等活动。2016年，发起「善馀营造」民间项目，集资修缮历史建筑善馀堂，探索民间集资修缮历史建筑的可行性，实践建筑保育/活化空间/社区营造等理念。
