Economist
Jennyfer León Mena is an Economist from the University of Costa Rica. Jennyfer is a researcher for the Program “Estado de la Nación” to compile the report “Estado de la Educación” (State of the Education) as the person in charge of the Competing Fund for Investigation. Her interests in investigation are: gender inequalities, women opportunities in the labor market and educational preschool, technical education and educational performance and inequalities in the student population. She has over six publications for the “Estado de la Nación”, the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and the International Labor Organization.

Maria Alexandra Feoli is an Industrial Engineer & MBA from the University of Costa Rica. Marialex has over 20 years of experience in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Human Resources and Shared Service Center Operations, in which she has held multiple Management roles both at regional and global level. She joined Intel in 1997 after working for Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Senior Consultant. In 2013, she was selected as HR Global Shared Service Center Director for Talent operations globally. Marialex was selected as one of the top 40 professionals in the country under 40 years of age by the Financial times in 2008 and was awarded the Inspirational Leader award by the American Chamber in Costa Rica in 2013. Marialex loves to coach people, travel, work out and spend time with her family and friends, especially with her husband and two children Fernanda and Antonio.

Yesenia Artavia
Comedian
Yesenia Artavia Doñas is a 43 year old women, married with two children. She holds more than 23 years’ experience as an actress working in theater, movie, television and radio. Her latest works include the play “Ellas lo piden a gritos”, she was also the character in the movie “El Regreso” as a “ The Lady that eats papaya” and part of the national novel “La María”. She is part of the jury for the Festival of arts of the Ministry of Education and she has produced, directed and acted in various self-created shows.
She has performed in “Teatro La Máscara”, “Chaplin”, “La Esquina”, “Lucho Barahora”, “San Cheto”, “Reventón” y and currently in the “Teatro Luján” with the play “Ellas lo piden a gritos”/
