Anna is a Finance Partner for JJMC Ethicon products. In the past 6 years in J&J, she has worked with 5 bosses.
Anna is also a new mom. The sense of value and philosophy is refreshing and reestablishing with a softer heart per raising the new born life.
Anna plays these two different roles in her life with a soft and sensitive heart and a personal believing to the world.

Custodian of J&J OTC R&D in AP
Tom, a biology major and world traveler, have been very fortunate to have worked in the US, Latin America & Europe, doing very different jobs. He just joined J&J as Asia Pacific OTC R&D Director. The mission to public health makes him look into the OTC R&D strategy with new perspectives.
He is a cat lover and enjoys reading by the beach. Used to play in the university Pingpang team.
‘Making a positive impact to the world so that I am not gone un-noticed.’ is his motto.
Curtis Lee
Entrepreneur + Inventor
Curtis Lee is an entrepreneur and inventor with a passion for creating new and novel products to solve some of the world’s toughest challenges. In his 10 years at the J&J in both Consumer and Medical Devices, Curtis has worked on numerous new product solutions from developing the next way to clean your teeth to protecting babies from air pollution. Two and a half years ago, he decided to immerse himself in an emerging market and understand the “real” needs in the market, so he left everything behind and moved out to China.
Currently, he is responsible for leading partner enabled development in AP for JNJ consumer.
He has strong passionate for traveling the world to find the best local foods of the region whether it’s a 3 star Michelin restaurant or food truck and finding something completely unique that he has never had before.
Dong Wu
Custodian of J&J AP Innovation Center
Dong was an ordinary lower level staff with a life dream to be a QC manager by the time he retired. The Multi-National Company’s training and talent development system directed and shaped him to be a corporate
athlete. Open mind, risk taking and learning agility are the key beliefs he holds strongly for his life development.
He had various experience in managing R&D organizations, large manufactory, building regional and global R&D teams and currently is heading the open innovation activates in the AP region for J&J cross sector businesses.
He is at the stage of thinking towards how he can contribute to the society through the corporate platforms and encourage more talents to be their best life through learning and practicing.
Edward Li

Normally, Edward is known as Regional Counsel for J&J Consumer Group, Asia Pacific. While , he has another role in J&J – leader of YAES running club. The club is a self-forming team, which is a positive force in the company inspiring more and more people. And for himself, he will keep running through different stages of life.
Eva Kong
HEMA Expert
Starting finishing her master degree from London School of Economics, she worked as a health economic consultant for two years in London. Jumping back to China and starting her career in J&J in 2015 have turned over a new leaf and changed her life tremendously. Eva is now the HEMA Business Partner of Wound Closure and MIP for Medical devices in China, generating professional solutions to commercial team for market access.
Jayesh Joshi
J&J AP Procurement Category Lead
Jayesh was born in the UK. He has worked in several industries like Telecoms, education and Biotech. He founded an award-winning commercial transformation consultancy, which he led for 6 years and came to Singapore as an entrepreneur in 2013. He was passionate about finding and developing talent to achieve the seemingly impossible. He joined J&J a year later as Regional Procurement Director, Professional Services.
He used to be keen on adventure sports, from rap-jumping to white water rafting and scuba diving. A sense of adventure stays with him, though these days he finds more than enough unpredictability, fun and fear when he is with his three daughters.

Mengjuan is a true believer of “the best development is coming from learning the new and the different”. She has been living in 6 cities across 3 countries since age of 16, traveling to over 20 countries across 6 continents before age of 30 and having 13 different roles working with 21 managers over her 18 years working experience with J&J. Now , she is the Vice President of Human Resources in Janssen Asia Pacific. She is dedicated to helping China and Asian talent to become successful global talent, one person at a time.

Zhenjin got his first Yashica FX-3 film camera as a gift when he was in high school. Nobody at that time knew this would trigger his move towards seeing the world through photography. For years, Zhenjin has become a relentless observer in his spare time, and evolved his perspective and way of visual expression. In 2010, Zhenjin joined Johnson & Johnson Medical Shanghai as sales trainee . During his stay with JJMC, his horizon has been broadened by going to more places and getting in touch with people from all walks of life. And he was fascinated by the genre of mirroring urban cityscape and people within.
Now In addition to the shooting itself, how he has gone deeper to use photo to express his imagination and feeling with the help of techniques.
