Jacob Klink moved several times throughout the course of his childhood. From the historical regions surrounding Philadelphia to the country's heartland, his family eventually settled in the high desert city of Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was here he attended the University of New Mexico and earned a bachelor's in history. While in school he discovered two areas which would transform his labors and passions moving forward in life. The first was bicycling. Outside of class, Jacob's free time was spent exploring his world by bicycle and organizing events to engage with the community and promote cycling. The second was an interest in China. With the flexibility learned from his childhood of moving from place to place, it was an easy choice upon graduation to move to China to learn firsthand it's history, its language and its culture.

Born a genius and savant, Mr. Luo got enrolled in the School of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University at the age of 15, and gained his Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Tongji University in 1988. With his expertise in investment, financing and strategic urban planning, Mr. Luo held high-level posts in various fields, such as China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corp., Ltd., Department of Construction of Hainan Province, and Sichuan Lang Xin Investment Co., Ltd. In 2001, Mr. Luo started to manage the development of Luxehills International Community, which is a large (over 650 acres) high-end iconic community developed under the PUD model in the southwest of China, and gains international focus on Chengdu’s life style. In 2006, as the chief architect, Mr. Luo initiated development of Chengdu Luxelakes Eco-city, a new town integrating ecology, art, architecture and habitation.

Ph.D of Psychiatric and Mental Health Experienced Psychiatrist

She served 12 years in a West China Hospital. When she faced patients who suffered from mental diseases, she was haunted by the question: do only sick people need a doctor? Is the doctor’s job only to cure a person’s injury? She was willing to swim against the current, trace the root causes of the disease and look in the direction of health. She wanted to be a doctor who can not only heal illness, but also help to deliver more health knowledge to prevent illness. She has experienced many different people and environments, meanwhile she has done psychological intervention for more than 1,000 people and continues to observe, practise, think and learn from her studies. In the Western Psychiatric Association of Sichuan Province, she and other domestic renowned medical experts have created a ‘Western psychiatry forum’ together to help spread the awareness of the psychosomatic medicine knowledge available in the medical field. She is determined to become a truly public health leader.
