Cobe Williams
Ricardo “Cobe” Williams works as a national trainer for Cure Violence, ranked #14 in NGO Advisor's 2016 report on the Top 500 NGOs. Cobe travels the globe training violence interrupters in mediation and conflict resolution strategies for Cure Violence.
Cobe's work and personal journey were chronicled in the 2011 award-winning film “The Interrupters.” Cobe received the “Hero Award” from former Illinois governor Pat Quinn and has spoken at various forums including at the U.S. Capitol, the United Nations, the American Bar Association and the U.S. Conference of Mayors, as well as a high school students and residents at juvenile detention centers around the country.
Grisha Krivchenia
Grisha Krivchenia is a composer and pianist who divides his time among Santa Fe, San Juan Island, and concert dates around the world. He takes a special interest in using art to amplify voices that might otherwise go unheard. He writes music with hospice patients as a composer for Lifesongs in Santa Fe, and he recently completed a song cycle on texts by Syrian refugees.
Grisha completed his studies at Oberlin Conservatory, where he studied piano with Sedmara Rutstein and composition with Jeffrey Mumford.

During the day Jarrod Lyman is the communications specialist for Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory, where he manages a social media following of more than a quarter million. He also works withPterofin, a clean energy startup that uses the simple concept of biomimicry to solve complex clean energy problems. At all times he’s an avid geek and lover of nerdy socks.
Keesha Ewers
Dr. Keesha Ewers is a doctor of sexology, board certified in functional medicine and Ayurvedic medicine, a psychotherapist, energy worker, yoga teacher, and founder and a host of the Healthy YOU! Radio network.
Dr. Keesha is the founder of a field of medicine called Functional Sexology, a combination of functional medicine, psychotherapy, sexology, and Ayurveda. Through the Academy for Integrative Medicine, she offers a certification course for those passionate about and wanting to become Integrative Medicine Health Coaches. She has developed the Freedom Framework, which is designed to get to the root problem of any disease or imbalance.
Dr. Keesha has published articles and books and conducted research primarily on adrenal fatigue, emotional pain, cultural and spiritual values, and cognitive beliefs and how they affect female sexual desire and vitality.
Marie-Claire Arrieta
Marie-Claire Arrieta, PhD, has been studying how intestinal alterations lead to several immune diseases since 2007. During this time she has established herself as an outstanding researcher in the field of microbiota.
She has been published in leading scientific journals such as Gut, PNAS, and Science Translational Medicine. She also co-authored a book aimed at parents, “Let Them Eat Dirt”, which explores how the microbiome influences childhood development and how a microbial imbalance can lead to several immune-mediated diseases.
A mother of two, Claire is a tireless advocate of using scientific knowledge to improve the health of children.

Michael Sanders is an IT Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in utilities, aerospace, and research, and serves in leadership capacities for the Project Management Institute. He is a public speaker, author, and proud Native American. His passions include developing others, change management, and human motivation.
Michael has a BA in Organizational Management and an MA in Organizational Leadership. He has published a white paper, “Controlling Communication Channels” and two books: Advanced Multitasking and 7 Common Mistakes Employees Make in a Downsizing.

Tim Durkan
Tim Durkan, a world-class photographer, he has covered subjects ranging from street life to sunsets and super moons. His love of people and pride in his hometown are reflected in his photos and outreach efforts. His catch phrase ‘capturing the pretty and the gritty’ was coined after he recently began juxtaposing his more iconic landscapes with that of the homelessness and addiction crises on the streets of Seattle.
