Elle Allison-Napolitano
In 2000, as part of her doctoral studies in Organizational Learning at the University of New Mexico, Elle Allison-Napolitano began a disciplined study looking into the nature of wisdom. Since wisdom seems to accrue at the “College of Hard Knocks”, she had a theory that those who are wise must have a knack for making life’s challenges turn out well. What she found was even more exciting: Wise people not only seem to possess a super form of resilience, but they use adversity as the grist for positive transformational growth. In 2006, Elle founded her company “Wisdom Out” through which her mission is to invent practical tools that take wisdom off the mountain and put them in the hands of people and teams so they can accomplish big things that make the world a better place. Elle is a researcher, author, and an international speaker on wisdom in leadership, teams, relationships, and life.
