Aiyah Maraka
When Aiyah Maraka is not working on her latest designs, you can find her helping people, through her dedicated studies in the spiritual path of Kabbalah. Working hard to implement, demonstrate and spread the message of peace. She has helped organise many peace talks with the founder of the Kabbalah Centre Karen Berg, who has spoken at the U.N several times as well with some of the worlds greatest leaders.
Her leadership qualities have enabled her to mentor anyone from a young child to adults. She is also extremely committed to teaching kids and has developed a passion to inspire and teach a program tailored towards kids called Spirituality for Kids. Aiyah Maraka has also organised various events and lectures aimed towards inspiring her generation how to connect to their true selves through the ancient spiritual wisdom of Kabbalah.
Danielle Brown
Danielle Brown is a double Paralympic gold medallist in archery and three time World Champion. She also won a gold medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, where she was the first disabled athlete to represent England in an able-bodied discipline. Currently Danielle holds all 12 Paralympic world records, and was ranked world number 1 for her entire career. Whilst competing at a world class level Danielle also attained a first class law degree. Danielle achieved heights that others didn’t even realise were possible until she did it, setting the standards for others and proving that disability is no bar to achieving.
David Saddington
Influencing UK government policy, chairing part of the COP21 UN climate conference and fronting a pioneering climate media campaign that reached over 3 million people are just a few of David's achievements as a climate change campaigner since being impacted by a stark reminder of climate change as a teenager.
He is leading climate communication reforms worldwide and has worked with the British Council, International NGO's and as a Global Teen Leader for the New York based We Are Family foundation. He has blogged for international media outlets such as the Huffington Post and has appeared on BBC, Sky and MTV.
David now, 23, is now working alongside the UNFCCC on Education & Youth Empowerment. Additionally he is an expert contributor to the UNEP Global Environmental Outlook Report and a partner with WHO initiatives.
Eashan Thakrar
In 2014, at the age of 16, Eash started a charitable foundation called The Youth Project. He has led this organisation from 5 people to over 1400 people, and from one town to 10 countries in 2 short years! They have now run over 100 projects. He believes the youth are more powerful than anyone can imagine. He is extremely ambitious, and tries to positively impact the world in everything he does.
Eashan has been featured on a number of radio and TV programmes, as well as securing partnerships with a number of important people and organisations. His achievements have not gone unrecognised as he has received a few awards including an award from UK's Prime Minister and Prince Charles, and been credited for what he has done, especially at such a young age.
His aim is to create a global movement of young people creating change, and he is making major leaps forward in his mission to do so. He spends a lot of time in India serving with an organisation called Manav Sadhna.
Habib Lesevic
Habib Lesevic is co-founder of the systemic coaching firm Kontext in London and a member of the American Society for Cybernetics. In his work as venturer at Vic Ventures, Habib strives to holistically develop the potentials of the systems and people around him. He teaches systems theory and sustainable entrepreneurship at Cass Business School in London.
Layla Yarjani
Layla leads Next Generation London and is an active mentor in the start-up community. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and has been involved in philanthropic endeavours from her early childhood, launching her first large-scale project at age 14. She has since led a number of charitable projects and founded Next Gen London in 2014. She is passionate about improving the lives of children via education and sustainable development and believes these are the key tenants to drive true and long-term impact.
She is particularly passionate about working with UNICEF to support children in emergency situations and believes that together with UNICEF's global footprint, innovation projects, and relationships with governments and local NGOs both can achieve great success at tackling issue related to young citizens of our World.
Max Pepe
Max Pepe spent the first 8 years of his career in the music industry, touring and recording with two successful rock bands, played over 1,000 shows and recorded albums in UK and US with highly acclaimed multi platinum selling producers.
In 2012 Max started a digital marketing agency. In just three years he grew a team from 2 people to 30, and drove 800% growth year on year. This lead to Max being recognised as one of 6 digital industry leaders by one of the UK’s largest and most successful digital marketing publications.
Max now believes there is a massive disconnect between the world of business and the world of creativity. To address this problem, Max has just set up a highly ambitious media company called Rebelhead Entrepreneurs, aiming to change the face of traditional business press and provide a new breed of creative entrepreneur with an unrivalled platform of inspiration, motivation and education.
Neena Madhok
Neena is an ICF qualified Life Coach, running her own coaching business. Her business experience comes from several years of working in well-paid, fast paced roles in investment banking, strategy consulting and e-commerce. When the status quo was no longer enough for her and she went in search of more. Her journey began when she left banking to become part of the leadership team of an Indian microfinance company.
Neena’s search for happiness and purpose led her to travel to 78 countries in 10 years. Gaining an MBA from INSEAD, unique experiences, fascinating stories and great friends from all over the world along the way.
She is now living the life of her dreams, running a successful business working 1-1 with clients who inspire her, supporting them to transform and create fulfilling lives for themselves. When she is not coaching she can be found working with Virgin Startup to help entrepreneurs launch their businesses.
Serena Guen
Named the “Mark Zuckerberg of publishing” by Bloomberg, multi-national Serena Guen founded SUITCASE remotely while in her third year at New York University. Due to the demand for a new kind of travel magazine, three years on, the magazine is now distributed in over 35 countries and has a readership of over 100,000. She was recently named one of 25 under 25 most influential Londoners by the Evening Standard and is often called upon for her expertise in travel by outlets such as CNBC, The FT, Stylist and more. In 2014 she won a Woman of the Future Award for media. She laughs a lot, never sleeps and of course lives out of a suitcase.
