In this TEDx Talk, Mike shares his vision for improving mental health around the world by empowering people to help one another cope with life challenges such as depression, addictions, and illness. He calls it “social therapy” – the idea that we can leverage both technology and our personal struggles to help those currently working through similar experiences.
