Theme: InSight

The idea behind TEDxUTokyoSalon "InSight" is two fold: first, bringing overlooked or distant ideas closer so they are "in sight" and second, "insight" by sharing experiences and ideas.
The subtitle,「今まで気づかなかった、東大下暗し」, translated to "Unseen until now, hidden under the University of Tokyo", Like the subtitle writes, we will be uncovering and bringing together these ideas and people that were once laying dormant around University of Tokyo.

2009年に東京で結成された7人組のダンスパフォーマンスユニット。海外から見た「勤勉な日本人ビジネスマン」のイメージをパロディにしたスタイルと、POPかつセンシティブなダンスミュージックに高い身体能力を活かしたダンスパフォーマンスを組み合わせ、唯一無二の世界観を構築。デビュー以来、日本はもとより海外でも注目を集め、アジア圏をはじめアメリカ、カナダ、EU圏で熱烈に支持されている。
