After studying Financial Economics with Econometrics, he continues to climb to great heights from being the President of the Park Wood Student Committee to having a feature in 2014’s Future Leaders Magazine! He now works as a Business Analyst in London’s banking sector and is a soft skills and employability coach in his spare time.

Greg Los
Criminal Justice and Criminology Student, one-time bouncer.
Greg Los is a second year Criminal Justice and Criminology student from Brighton. On top of his studies, he gets involved in extensive research in a number of areas including immigration and private security. His most recent research has been inspired by his work as a door supervisor and has led him to conduct an investigation regarding the effectiveness of bouncers in the night time economy. So far, his passion for these areas have allowed him to publish findings in a number of conferences including the Crime Surveys User Conference in London and the British Conference of Undergraduate Research 2016 in Manchester.

Janice B Gordon is the founding Director of the Problem Solving Company Ltd. Her experience spans over 25 years as a business growth and customer experience consultant. Janice has started and grown four businesses and is about to start on her fifth. She wrote 'Business Evolution: Creating Growth in a Rapidly Changing World' specifically to address the business people who feel they cannot keep up with the rapid speed of change, and feel invisible. In her book, Janice explores four guiding principles she refers to as 'the Essential 4Ps'

She believes in the concept of 'Ubuntu', meaning 'together we can', and understands that it is more important to finish together than to finish fast.

Louisa is an Architecture student at the University of Kent. Upon moving to Germany from her home in Portugal - her life was turned upside down. She had faced many new challenges from adapting to learn new languages to fitting into a whole new culture. Through these experiences, she realised the importance of making open-minded observations in order to understand new situations. Her identity also brought new ideas and influenced the environment and the people around her, and thus finding that change is reciprocal.
