Anton Generalov
Anton is a high school All-American swimmer and graduate of Pine Crest School (class of 2016). He is attending the University of Chicago where he will continue to compete as a backstroker at the NCAA level.

Writer/Professor
Chris Campanioni seeks to blur boundaries. He has worked as a journalist, model, and actor, and he currently teaches literature and creative writing at the City University of New York. He was awarded the Academy of American Poets Prize at Lincoln Center in 2013, and his novel, Going Down, was selected as Best Debut Novel for the 2014 International Latino Book Awards.
Emily See
Emily is a graduate of Pine Crest School (class of 2016). She was born in Evanston, Illinois. Over time she also lived in Flourtown, Pennsylvania; Tokyo, Japan; and Jacksonville, Florida. Emily has been a part of the crew team, the weightlifting team, and the debate team. She has experienced many cultures by visiting them around the world.
Hailey Weinberg
Hailey is a graduate of Pine Crest School (class of 2016). She is attending New York University.
Poet
Jane Wong holds an MFA from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and is a former U.S. Fulbright Fellow and Kundiman Fellow. Her poem "Thaw" was recently chosen by Sherman Alexie in the Best American Poetry 2015 anthology. She is also the recipient of scholarships to the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, the Squaw Valley Community of Writers, and the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown. Currently, she teaches literature and poetry at the University of Washington and the Richard Hugo House. The recipient of Meridian’s 2013 Editors’ Prize, poems have appeared in journals such as CutBank, Hayden’s Ferry Review, ZYZZYVA, Mid-American Review, The Volta, Salt Hill, The Journal, and the anthologies Best American Poetry 2015 (Scribner), Best New Poets 2012 (The University of Virginia Press) and The Arcadia Project: North American Postmodern Pastoral (Ahsahta Press).

Jeffrey is a graduate of Pine Crest School (class of 2016) and will be studying business and finance at Hofstra University.
Professor of Sociology
Jillian Powers is a Florence Kay Fellow in Immigration and American Society at Brandeis University—a joint position between American Studies and Sociology. She received her Ph.D. in sociology from Duke University in 2011 with an emphasis on culture, race and ethnicity, and comparative/historical sociology. Before coming to Brandeis she was a postdoctoral fellow in American Culture Studies at Washington University in St. Louis where she taught courses on qualitative methods and community engaged research, globalization and American identity, intersections of race, class and gender, and visual methods. Powers has been published in peer-reviewed journals like the American Behavioral Scientist and the Chinese Historical Society’s Journal History and Perspectives and is currently working on a book manuscript, Traveling to Belong, which examines diasporic homeland tourism, and is forthcoming by NYU Press.

Singer-songwriter, former U.S. Army Sergeant, Iraqi War Veteran, and fashion model signed by Soul Model Management--Ryan Koning can sure get down to business. He is currently a student at Columbia University studying Computer Science. He studied music composition at the Juilliard School. He is a regular performer at Greenwich Village hotspot "The Bitter End." With upbeat guitar rhythms reminiscent of John Mayer or Dave Matthews and a more introspective side taken from his love of Paul Simon and James Taylor he sings easily catchy songs and has developed a unique fingerprint as a songwriter. Recently his first recorded single "the world again brand new" spent 4 months at no. 1 on the songcirclemusic.com fire chart.

William Petri
William Petri is a graduate of Pine Crest School (class of 2016). A trained singer and seasoned performer, he has performed in both amateur and professional theatre, including credits at the Broward Center. Some of his favorite shows that he has had the honor of performing in include West Side Story, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Les Misérables.
