So how did it finally look like? We spent two pleasant nights with a bunch of nice people, lounging on huge bean bag pillows watching TEDWomen live stream from Washington, DC in the cafe area of the Artis cinema in the centre of Tallinn. And we do literally mean nights - there's 7-hours-time difference with Washington DC and we watched the live stream till 4.15 AM on the second day!
During the breaks we learned voice pilates, learned how to breathe effectively, draw croquis and what not to keep our minds in pace with the flow of ideas from TEDWomen speakers. During the event, lot of good ideas came up - such as the drawing instructor deciding that these kind of workshops should be done more often, also we got some ideas for our upcoming TEDxTallinn conference on February, 22nd.
In addition attendees were invited to sign up as volunteers to three important areas of charity in Estonia: NGOs active in food bank, animal care and re-use.
A big thanks to TEDWomen organizers, our sponsors and participants for the excellent time we had!
