Ethan Andrus

Student

Ethan Andrus is a Sophomore at the University of Delaware majoring in Entrepreneurship. He got his entrepreneurial spark from selling knives out of high school, and continues his interest at the entrepreneurship club at UD. Ethan is inquisitive and always looking for an opportunity to learn new skills and wisdom. He draws inspiration from athletes, young business owners, and a few rappers. Fun Fact: He has been beatboxing for 6 years, and is the beatboxer of the Golden Blues Acappella group at UD.

Francis Mangubat

Real Estate Agent

Francis Mangubat grew up in Dover, Delaware where he received 3x First Team All State golf honors and won 2 team State Championships at Ceasar Rodney High School. He graduated University of Delaware Cum Laude with a degree in Finance. While in school, Francis interned at JPMorgan and earned over $50,000 with 4 streams of income his senior year part time. Francis also started a channel Self Made on Youtube where he interviews successful individuals to inspire others to live their best life. Francis currently resides in Philadelphia, PA where he works as a Real Estate Agent for the Atacan Group at Keller Williams.

Marcus Whitchett

Entrepreneur

Marcus Whitchett is a graduate student majoring in Entrepreneurship and Design at the University of Delaware. He received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware in 2013. He's particularly interested in implementing human-centered design processes to build consumer and high-performance products. Matthew Lenzini

Program Manager, Landis + Gyr North America

Matthew Lenzini serves as a Program Manager at Landis+Gyr. An industry veteran with more than 17 years of leadership experience building business plans and managing large scale programs in the utility industry, he brings a diverse background in business planning, project management and cross-functional leadership.

Milton Muldrow Jr.

Scientist

Milton earned a B.S. in Biology from St. Francis University and was then awarded a National Science Foundation Graduate STEM Fellowship to attend the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where he earned an M.S. in Biology. Milton’s Master’s thesis involved a study on tropical forest restoration in the Florida Keys. While working on his Master’s, Milton served as Education Director of the Pigeon Key Foundation in Marathon, Florida Keys, offering marine science education to students of all ages. Milton then pursued a career with the Federal Government at the National Science Foundation, serving in several positions including science assistant (biologist) and analyst for almost five years.

Palina Ivanova

Student, University of Delaware

Palina Ivanova is currently a student at the University of Delaware studying accounting and entrepreneurship. She aspires to add value to people’s lives through innovation and problem solving. Throughout her time at UD, she has gotten very involved by joining several clubs, volunteering with organizations, tutoring students, and working on her business ventures. She is passionate about exploring what life has to offer and is constantly seeking for opportunities to learn about and improve on herself and the world around her.

Patrick Warner

Founder, Burning Brainstorm Inc.

After graduating from the University of Delaware in 1996 with an Art & Anthropology degree Pdub became a serial entrepreneur. He founded his agency, Burning Brainstorm, Inc., in 2000 and has been hustling ever since. As an advocate for the city of Wilmington he has helped foster a great environment for working, living and playing by founding such groups as Digital Delaware (Technology Forum Of Delaware) and Wilmington After Work in addition to becoming a champion and partner for many small businesses and charities in and around the city.

Pavel Lempert

Graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Political Science, Pavel moved to NYC to pursue a career in theater. With his love for music and performance, as well as a talent for connecting people and managing teams, Pavel transitioned into a career with Drum Cafe NY. Pavel leads clients through Drum Cafe’s unique interactive sessions, with interwoven themes of alignment; diversity & inclusion; innovation; communication and individual empowerment. In sessions ranging from 5 to 4,000 participants, and forums as varied as corporate board rooms, schools, non-profits and everyone in between, Pavel has worked with hundreds of businesses and organizations, and thousands of participants.

Shelby Wildgust

Entrepreneur

A recent graduate from University of Delaware. At UD, she studied Marketing, but found herself pursuing many different Entrepreneurial endeavors; ranging from Cutlery Sales to Health Coaching, and everything in between. She is a self-proclaimed "Personal Development Junkie", and loves collaborating with young like-minded millennials. She is currently pursuing a career in Health, Wealth, and Prosperity Coaching.

Steve Boerner

President, Hatch House Ventures

Steve is Founder & President of Hatch House Ventures, a growing network of university-tied startup incubators with locations in Bethlehem, PA, University of Delaware, and Rowan University. Through the process of working closely with these organizations, Hatch House Ventures expanded into offering a software solutions called the Virtual Incubator Network designed to further higher-education entrepreneurship programs. Steve is an Adjunct Professor of Practice at University of Delaware’s Horn School of Entrepreneurship and an avid public speaker.
