Kentaro Kuroishi
学生が起業を学ぶビジネススクールを運営する株式会社ウィルフ 代表取締役社長。2006年に東京大学法学部卒業後、株式会社リクルート(現リクルートホールディングス)入社。人材の採用・育成商品、社内活性化コンサルティング商品などの営業を経て、新規事業の戦略企画を担当。その後、雇用領域における社会課題解決事業「ホンキの就職」を立ち上げ。2013年に学生が起業を学ぶビジネススクールWILLFU STARTUP ACADEMYを設立。現在、累計200名以上の大学生が、学んでいる。著書に、「渋谷で教える起業先生(毎日新聞出版)」がある。サイバーエージェント主催の起業家コンテスト「アントレプレナーイノベーションキャンプ」優勝。
Currently the CEO of Willfu Corporation. Graduated Tokyo University law department in 2006. Worked at Recruit Holdings after graduation. During the years at Recruit, he worked for HR, product development and was in charge of strategic planning of new businesses. In 2013, Mr. Kuroishi founded WILLFU STARTUP ACADEMY which is a private small scale business school in which students learn the basics of business and start their own businesses. Currently over 200 students are taking the course.
Natsuyo Lipschutz

Ocean Gibson
アメリカからの交換留学生として一年間日本に来ている彼の名はオーシャン・ギブソン。彼は現在学部三年生、留学11ヶ月目であり早稲田大学での道のりを今回の出演で締めくくることができて光栄だと感じている。オーシャンの専攻は哲学だが、興味分野はリベラルアーツに様々な形で広く及んでいる。現在GLFPプログラムで環境哲学と人々の自然と環境との関わり方について、また、日本の哲学者であった西谷啓治と京都学派についてと2つの研究に携わっている。これらの冒険の相互影響、そしてスピーチにより結びつけられているかの解釈は皆さんにお任せしますと彼は述べている。
Yearlong exchange student from the United States. His academic major is philosophy, but his interests span across most of the liberal arts in some way or another. He is currently undertaking two research projects through the GLFP program: one pertaining to environmental philosophy and public attitudes toward nature and ecology, and the other on Japanese philosopher Nishitani Keiji and the Kyoto School. He leaves it to audience to decipher how all of these ventures—coalescing in the following one—may be interconnected.
Shinichi Takemura
Professor at Kyoto University of Art and Design. Inventor and director of “Tangible Earth” as well as media producer known for his numerous cutting-edge IT-driven social activities, along with propounding his insightful views on global environmental issue as an anthropologist.
Prof. Takemura received Gold Prize of Good Design Award in 2005 and the Prime Minister Award of Kids Design in 2013 for his world’s first multimedia globe, the “Tangible Earth”. This world’s first interactive digital globe has been exhibited at Toyako G8 Summit (2008), COP15 “Bright Green” event (2009 at Copenhagen), TEDxTokyo in 2009, and many other places.
After “3.11” great earthquake and tsunami strikes Japan, he engaged in disaster risk reduction projects as a committee member of Reconstruction Design Council of the Japanese government (Prime Minister’s office).
Steve Sakanashi

Founder of Sekai Creator, an organization committed to helping Japan reach its full potential. He is also a founding partner at Labs8, a Seattle based venture builder, where he specializes in culture building. He has spent the past ten years developing leadership cultures in Los Angeles, Seattle and Tokyo. As a fourth generation Japanese-American, he is passionate about enabling Japanese students to create their own futures amid volatile conditions.
Takamasa Kawasaki
Chief Executive Officer of Redhorse Corporation, Founder and Chairman of Odigo, and Director of Redhorse Holdings. Basing in Hong Kong currently, managing several business lines across several countries. He has successful experience in driving change and growth in large multi-national corporations as an executive, as well as having several years of experience living and working in various countries as a management consultant. In the meanwhile, he realized the importance of diversity, and view diversity as a lead to an opportunity. His passionate about Diversity is reflected in his professional career and his book “The Power of Embracing Diversity”.
He holds a Master degree of Business Administration of Hong Kong Universty of Science and Technology as well as Bachelor of Agricultural management from The University of Tokyo, in addition to the CPA qualification.
Tatsuya Yoshioka
Yoshioka founded the international NGO Peace Boat in 1983 to foster people-to-people dialogue and reconciliation in East Asia. Peace Boat has organized 87 global educational voyages to promote peace and sustainability taking over 55,000 people to more than 100 countries, including many conflict zones. Following the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, Yoshioka established Peace Boat’s Disaster Relief Volunteer Centre, which has since dispatched over 14,000 volunteers. A leading member of GPPAC, the UN-initiated worldwide civil society conflict prevention network, Yoshioka was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2008 for his work on the Global Article 9 campaign. He is currently leading Peace Boat’s Eco-Ship project, with the objective of building the world’s greenest ever cruise ship.

Yvonne Yap Ying Ying
A double degree student from the National University of Singapore and Waseda University as well as a Teaching Assistant at Waseda University’s School of International Liberal Studies, Yvonne is currently pursuing her passion of doing research in the fields of gender, sexuality and space. A keen believer in the merits of ethnographic fieldwork, Yvonne loves to merge academia and play. To date, she has published several articles based on her experiences in activities such as cheerleading, kimono dressing and pole dancing.
