Dr Haider Ashraf
Dr. Haider Ashraf started off as a medical student at Government College Lahore. Completing his MBBS from KEMU, he further qualified in FRCS. Despite, being highly qualified and competent, Dr. Ashraf still did not have a paid job. So, he took CSS exam and passed it. He then joined the police department and started serving in it, as he had always wanted to bring improvements in this area. He is still an important asset to the department, as he is the key person implying technological interventions to it. He has already garnished the police sector with initiatives like the Dolphin force, tracked vehicles, and the centralized police department control.
