Erik Witsoe
Raised in rainy Seattle, resided on the sunny coast of California, these days Erik Witsoe is discovering life and four seasons in Poznan, Poland. He followed his heart and made a leap of faith across the pond three years ago and has not looked back since. He runs Bigfoot Coffee Shop which he describes as the smallest coffee shop with the biggest heart. To stay in touch with his creativity and share his experiences with loved ones back home, he explores the beauty of Poznan through his Photography. Trained as a fine Artist, but having a background in the Hospitality Industry has given Erik a variety of useful skills in which to draw from here in Poland. When not making coffee, he is exploring the paths of life here that captivate, inspire and challenge his imagination.Organizing team
