TEDxUlaanbaatarWomen is an independently organized event TEDxWomen event held in Ulaanbaatar on May 30, 2015. At TEDxUlaanbaatarWomen we will further explore the ideas presented in TEDWomen through webcasts and live talks from big thinkers and big doers making a difference and creating change in Mongolia. Through these thought provoking videos and inspirational speakers we will look at the roles women played as the forces of change and share fresh insights and new perspectives on creating, sustaining and recovering momentum. So what creates momentum in a society? Is it exponential economic or political growth? These are, of course, very important however the positive actions of one individual, which sends it ripples through society, can have just as big an impact. These ripples can build speed and gain strength though the passing of time to give others the power and energy to push past challenges and obstacles.
