David Hirsch

Director at Credit Suisse Private Bank USA, Founder of 21st Century Dads Foundation and the Illinois Fatherhood Initiative

David Hirsch is the father of five children ranging in age from 18 to 25. He has been a private banker for 30 years, including the past seven as a director of Credit Suisse Private Bank USA. Hirsch was a national fellow with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. He is the founder of the 21st Century Dads Foundation and the Illinois Fatherhood Initiative. Both non-profits were established to address the epidemic of father absence.He and is wife, Peggy, live in Barrington.

Founder SeatonCorp, Co-founder INCubatoredu

Michael Miles and Karl Fruecht founded INCubatoredu, a dynamic program that teaches entrepreneurism through hands-on learning, in 2013. Two years after launching INCubatoredu at Barrington High School, the program has spread to 33 schools in six states. INCubatoredu disrupts many traditional approaches to education, replacing them with innovative, effective methods. As a nonprofit, INCubatoredu’s mission is to bring authentic, rigorous entrepreneurial education to all high school students in America. Miles also has 25+ years of experience building, growing and operating businesses. Miles founded SeatonCorp, a leading provider of recruiting, vendor-on-premise staffing, and end-to-end supplier management solutions. Under Miles’ leadership, SeatonCorp grew from a staff of 2 to one of Crain Chicago Business’ “Largest Privately Held Companies,” with more than 2,500 employees.

Sarah Bealles

President and Chief Executive Officer of JourneyCare

Sarah Bealles is President and Chief Executive Officer with the region's premier palliative care and end of life provider, the result of the June 2015 merger of Horizon Hospice and Palliative Care, JourneyCare, and Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter. She had been President and Chief Executive Officer at JourneyCare since December 2011. During Bealles' tenure, JourneyCare tripled in size and grew its reserves by 400%, while achieving best in class employee engagement and family satisfaction. Her background includes leadership experience in healthcare, financial services, and nonprofit sectors, with expertise in cultural alignment, strategic planning, governance, operations, risk management, and business development.
