No more news today. It’s time for a festival, our city ball of ideas that itch and stitch together the feelings which revere a language full of signs, schools that break their own confines, piles of files of technological, sociological and molecular biological data. Vehicles that soar up high, shams that spam posts and reposts, composting machines, hormones in the brain and trained robotic limbs. Just like the heralds of old we turn to face the cold and see the human wasteland unfold before our eyes. We feel the force of disease, the bee’s knees of old age, the colours of cities’ stories smoothing out the tracks to the Earth’s poles, the roles of alliances and scientists’ voices heard in musical harmonies and dancers’ movements, like all the improvements that make us wise and euphoric.
