Sean Goff

Sean Dylan Goff somehow reminds us a bit of a young “Tony Stark”, or better known as “Iron Man”. Not because he has a passion for red metal, but rather because he is one of Europe’s youngest and most promising inventors. In the age of 9 he joined, as the youngest person ever, the advanced course in engineering offered at the “Elektronik- und Technikzentrum “ in Basel. In 2012, he won an award for his project; a freezer that turns water into ice much quicker than conventional machines. Many prizes and awards followed until he became honorary member of the “Swiss society for mechatronic art”. TEDxKlagenfurt is more than happy to welcome such a young, motivated, talented, and promising scientist at this year’s event.
