Ana Yturriaga Saldanha is currently the Head of Sector for Stakeholder management, internal consultancy/coaching and communication in the Learning and Development Unit (Directorate of Talent Management , Human Resources, European Commission). Ana has worked 20 years in the Commission dealing with external relations, accession negotiations, human resources and communication and has a background in Political Science and Journalism. She is heading a team of internal consultants and coaches whose objective is to help the Commission deliver its political objectives while fostering the engagement and wellbeing of its staff.
