In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Adriano Gambarini

Because of caves, Gambarini went to study geology at USP and started shooting. With a small camera, he experienced for the first time, the secrets of light and shadow. From there, eager to learn, he began to read all about the image. Then he made photography his occupation and became a wanderer. He crossed an immense and diverse Brazil and decided to " stretch their legs " in other lands. He harvested cherries in France, plunged into hot water and tasted the iced coffee of Greece; walked in the cold of Russia, felt how colorful China is, visited the ancient ruins of Cambodia; lived peace in Laos. He traveled Europe, Asia, Antarctica, Americas. In 20 years, he became a specialist in the interaction between man and environment. Today, it has the most diverse personal photographic archive of the country, perpetuating with the same sensitivity, laborers in mines and Buddhist monks, sacred art and wildlife, Parisian autumn and dry Northeast. Through Gambarini’s lens Indians, Orientals, whites, millionaires, farmers, hikers, like him posed. His photos illustrate national and international magazines , guides and exhibitions . He published thirteen books, two of them dedicated to poetry. Incidentally, Adriano Gambarini is not a photographer. He is a poet who writes with the light of a camera.
