Lars Fæste

Transformation manager

BCG's Lars Fæste is a Managing Director and Senior Partner and Global Leader of BCG’s Transformation practice. He also serves as system leader of BCG Greater China. Fæste has extensive experience of large-scale transformations, often in connection with mergers and acquisitions. He has an engineering degree from the Danish Technical University in Copenhagen and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands.
