La scuola media per ragazzi fondata da lui si basa su un programma che ridefinisce la mascolinità, attraverso le cosiddette tre C: confidence, communication and community (autostima, comunicazione e comunità). Egli espone la crescita vista nei ragazzi quando li si incoraggia ad esplorare la propria empatia, e come ciò produrrà un mondo più giusto.
